Scott and Tracy have worked in the Senior Living Industry at the Regional and Community level for over 10 years each. They have management and sales experience in all areas of the industry and have assisted close to 1,000 individuals from all over the country through the process of making the move to an active adult, 55+, senior living community or to a home that fit their needs.

Scott has taken detailed courses through the National Association of Realtors (NAR) to become certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). He has extensive experience in all aspects of financial and legal matters affecting those 55+ and has professional resources who are ready to assist with any matter.

When Scott and Tracy became Real Estate Agents, they vowed to concentrate on helping people through the entire process, not just the sale of their home. Because its not "just" a home to their clients; it's where memories were made, treasured possessions were displayed and life happened.
